I have been coming here for over a year and buy lots of items. Recently I got a pod that is was defective from Stiizy and called them a few days later to let them know.
The woman on the phone said bring it down and we will verify that it is defective so I did. When I got there the manager another woman verified and said it was defective and apologized for that. Despite being told on the phone and by the manager that I could exchange the pod, I was last minute denied the exchange.
Based on it being over 48 hours since the purchase. I explained that I didn’t even use it once and that I live over an hour away so it’s hard to make it down.
The manager didn’t care and did nothing to fix the issue. I will never shop here again based on this experience. I’ve been a retail manager for over 10+ years that is no way to treat a paying customer on their first defective experience.
Do not waste your money or time at this place all they care about is money instead of loyalty.
