I have been here a few times and have enjoyed the customer service and staff. They are very friendly and are open to answering any questions. The deals are also some of the best in the area. erasing all your negative reviews doesn't make you look legit or professional. and flagging people so they can't leave a review, be it positive or negative, is shady. oh, and I'm sure no one wants to buy buds below 16% that have been sitting for nearly 6 months. you guys were awesome when you first opened and then, well, ya petered out like the last hit that burns your finger. sorry folks, but sooner or later the truth comes to light.
