First I would like to apologize for the tirade that was my previous review of Greenleaf. One person at Greenleaf one person there really does care about the customers satisfaction after all. Steve the man behind Greenleaf does care that we the customer do matter. By a mistake at the store I was given the wrong product and was told that it was my fault and not the other way around. Regardless as to who was at fault Steve handled the situation personally. Her not only brought to my house the correct order and apologized profusely for the mix up. Since I live near Stead Boulevard and the store is located on Glendale Ave in rush hour traffic also I might add. Even though the store is further from my home than most, I plan to do a lot more business in the future. At last someone in today's retail market one person still believes in in excellent customer service and doing the job right. Thanks again Steve for restoring my faith in doing what's right.
