Miscommunication happens, but the management here will tell you you're wrong before trying to fix the situation. People get skipped everytime I go here. So if you want to get in and out quick I recommend another location.

This location always has good products and friendly staff. While they are friendly sometimes the information between all staff isn't clear. On my last visit I went to purchase the $25 premium 8ths. I did a phone order and secured 4 of the $25 premium 8ths. At check out I was told, at first, the price was $110 when it should be $100. After the attendant double checked she advised me there was a limit of 3 premium 8ths. If I wanted to purchase 4 8ths the price would be $113. I double checked on the ad through Leafly and the mention of the limit was a total of 5. I took a screenshot and was going to talk to a manager, but would have to be put in the que again and wait an hour to try to talk to a manager. My main issue is, why was the limit not on the ad, why was it not discussed in the phone order, and why did the price change when the attend double checked?
