I was pretty bummed out to find that Sunday Goods doesn’t honor all of the deals that are advertised on Leafly. I placed an order for BOGO, and had confirmation via Leafly that it was a BOGO transaction. When I arrived to Sunday Goods, the associate tried to charge me for not BOGO. I showed her my digital receipt and she brought the manager over. I was expecting an apology for the confusion or miscommunication. Instead I was met with a “hey, you shouldn’t use Leafly for your purchases here. Use our website instead.” This felt quite rude, disrespectful, and I will continue shopping on Leafly just no longer at Sunday Goods. Thanks Ivan, your managerial skills might be top notch, but maybe consider brushing up on your customer service skills.
