On my first visit to INSA in Avon, Melissa A and Keyon helped identify the right medicinal products for my needs. They advised best practices and safe usage. Melissa, who is an assistant manager, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable with her recommendations. I like how the two staffers collaborated with their mutually deep knowledge and experience with INSA's products. It was a personal, practical, and educational experience that I plan to revisit going forward. The facility is immaculate, bright, and well-laid out. It's easy to access and parking is readily available.

This was my first visit to a medical cannabis dispensary. I found the people who work there to very easy to speak with , both on the phone and certainly in person. They were warm, gracious and truly interested in helping me compassionately.
