I've been going to this location ever since I got my card about a year, there's usually great customer service! But recently I placed an order and I ordered an accessory to use my points. I place my order online and it didn't show that my points were taken off for the item so they do it when they cash me out. Okay.. needless to say when I got home I opened my bag and my accessory item was not there, so I called, they said they would review the video footage and get back to me, mind you I was outside waiting in my car when I picked up this order so I was not inside at all!they called me a back hours later that day and said that it showed the person putting the accessory in the bag! That's a crock! I did not have the item it was not in the bag!ever since then I do not leave this place without opening my bag and checking out my order and making sure that all of my items are there because it shows me that they will lie about it if something is missing! Then the last time I was there I asked about their online deals they weren't listed and associate told me that they are short staffed and there's no one to download the deals of the day! So you don't know what the deals are and you have to waste time trying to find out by a phone call or whatever because they aren't even sending emails about their deals! Bloom in Akron always sends emails about their deals!
