Considering this social distancing environment we are in, they are a lot more efficient and friendlier than other spots.

I went the evening of 3/27/20 and the tall white guy with dark long hair was just not informative and very condescending. I ordered online and got a text that my order was ready. So I arrived thinking my order was ready (because the text said so) so I could pay and leave with my purchase. This guy, one did not inform me of the process of then having to check in and the wait despite the text. I had to engage him because he just stood there looking at me and I him just trying to figure out if he worked there. I told him I was there to pick up my order. He asked if I received a text. I said a text that my order was ready. He told me there would be 1 hr and a half wait then added I had like 30 ppl in front of me, as if to discourage me or something. I’m confused at this point considering the text, and asked even if I ordered online? He confirmed and I waked off to wait. A woman standing just outside the front door told me what he didn’t and later heard him tell everyone else that came behind me because I parked close to the front, was there would be a text when your order was ready and if you where not present at that time, they would go on to the next customer. Now why he neglects to tell me but others after the fact, really bothered me and apparently the woman who informed because she likely heard him tell everyone else this (like I later did) and not me for some strange reason. Wasn’t like I was rude to him or anything, just trying to figure out what was going on because NOTHING prior explained the process when you arrived to pick up your order. I got a text to say my order was ready for pick up and showed up with the expectation to pay and leave. Nevertheless, I was going to call this guy out but decided to leave instead because I was upset at this guys actions for not apparent reason. Don’t send me a text to later act like I’m wrong showing up with the expectation to pick up my order like the text said. It was this guys attitude that put me off not that I don’t have patience because of the climate we are in now. To hear him tell others after me the process pissed me off. Reminds me of the crap that happens in the South where I was born and raised. I work in customer service so I know bad service whenever I experience it, but this felt personal, like he had beef with ppl that look like me or something. Maybe he didn’t like my vibe or something, but whatever he as the case, I didn’t deserve how I was treated. I have enjoyed all my visits to this spot, but this time was by far the worst customer experience since moving to Arizona in 2014. I went back this morning and the lady approached me and explained the process before I could step out of my vehicle and took my info and estimated wait time. Now that’s that’s good service. Keep that kind of energy, not like the guy the day before.

Friendly service and a great selection. I live a little ways from this spot and feel it’s worth the trip !

Very professional and welcoming. Great first time visit special! I'd go more often if there was weekly specials. I'll be visiting this spot more often than not.
