I called to explain that I have a rosin cartridge that I’m unable to use. I was told that a note will be applied with a manger approval. I would receive a 20% discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience. When I arrived to purchase my meds. I was told that there was no note applied to my account and that I would have to pay full price for another cartridge. I’m very disappointed with this level of customer service after I reached out before I showed up to waste my time and money.👎
