They did it to me again! Drove several miles with a bum leg and in pain because they advertised 24% THC for the 9 pound hammer flower, which is what I need to sleep. They keep doing the bait and switch thing and when I got there, they only had 18% THC. The only reason I went there is for the 24% because I knew it works. The last time I was there and they did the same Bate & switch tactic on me! I was told to keep on watching for the higher % as they do receive it on occasion. I watched every day for The 9 pound hammer in a high percentage. I was so excited that it was available at 24% and immediately purchased it online the previous evening. Their customer service is really horrible at times and you can never count on getting what you buy online. These people are crooks and I’m sick of it. We need better regulation at this dispensary. I have not had this problem with any other dispensaries I deal with, only Trulieve. QUIT LYING TO YOUR PATIENTS TRULIEVE!!!
