The staff that “checked” my card by the front did… he was aggressive and lacked the awareness to keep the patient line moving appropriately. Two men arrived after me; but were both let in before me. When I questioned why he held me longer in line & let two ppl who arrived after me in.. he just said I apologized, but I asked why & that’s when he raised his voice. I immediately felt uncomfortable; the staff at the desk did not seem to add any value… She asked me nothing… it’s just upsetting that staff at a dispensary of all places.. wouldn’t remember we are all going through stuff & be kind. Staff needs sone empathy training.
