The staff are friendly, but don’t seem to have their ‘flow’ going just right yet. Patients should be directed to a greeter who directs them to areas of the dispensary appropriate to their needs. Instead, on the day I visited, patients were let in w/ a smile, and then, nothing. I don’t need to waste my time looking at vaporizers. I’d like to talk to ask some strain questions and place an order. Easy. I’m coming to a dispensary, not a head shop. Apple store aesthetic; service is more Dell Inc. These things can and likely will improve over time.
