Not my first time here, just my first time since returning since renewing my rec. I explained this to the person at the desk as I began to show him my new rec (card w/ the raised stamp on it). With no consideration, he immediately says I need the full form. I begin explaining the only verification I have been given since renewing is this card with the stamp. My previous full form is expired (hence the renewal) and I was not given a full form once renewing. Of course, I could not explain nearly half of that because the person at the desk called the person behind me ("Next in line, please"). Never felt so disrespected at an establishment in my life. I'm sure whatever the issue was could have been settled. But at that point, whether the rec meets their requirements or not, is totally irrelevant. In the end, they showed a complete lack of care for their patients by not even taking 10 seconds to discuss the issue. Again, not my first time here, but certainly my last. I am very close to this clinic and have visited frequently over the last year. It is a shame, but the total disregard they show for their patients has lost them a frequent customer!
