If it’s not one thing with Trulieve, it’s another. I’ve ordered delivery, as well as pick up in dadeland. First, their inventory is always incorrect. For every order I’ve made, I’ve received a phone call informing me one or all items are no longer in stock. This happened yesterday for a pickup in Dadeland as well. Finally, their delivery service is the absolute worst. They don’t call and just show up, they don’t show up at all AND don’t call to tell you they aren’t coming, they show up with the wrong product, or simply show up with one item. Additionally, their customer service is not designed to assist you with delivery problems, only to take orders. So when you have delivery problems, they can only take a message for the delivery location. I’ve had to escalate every delivery problem I’ve had to a supervisor. But be prepared to be on hold approximately 10 minutes.
