I originally made the first purchase at INSA Springfield and I was extremely happy with the purchase. I made my second purchase at Botanist and it was terrible and I spoke with the budtender and explained my disappointment and he just brushed me off and said,oh well that happens sometimes poor customer service very poor customer service. I will just make the drive to so INSA from now on.
