Staff here has gone downhill over the months- not really sure what’s going on internally but the old friendly and knowledgeable staff have been replaced with lackadaisical and entitled zombies. They are aggressively rude to customers (I come here every week and have seen it with my own eyes). Y’all have a great location and products, please don’t ruin a good thing with bad staffing. We need you to get it together, TJ’s, please.

This is the best in the business! They care about how they store their products, their customers experience and employees! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll always be a loyal customer. I do wish they would do something about the long wait times (during a sale) but otherwise no complaints here! Way to go, team!
