I dislike AZCS point/reward system. Once you reach 350 points you can get $10 in rewards but AZCS only allows you to use it on a full priced item. You are not able to use the $10 off your total purchase, if your purchasing something already on sale. Those are points you earn and should be able to spend it how you want not just on full priced items. Terrible point system. Also, they have a big sign on wall in lobby stating "Everyday bogos & giveaways" when i got called back I asked the budtender about the bogo and she said no bogos today

I have been very disappointed with this Nirvana Center. I have been at this location to purchase the 7 for $100 Lotus shatter deal that they send emails and texts about, advertise on their website, and even have on their tv's when you walk in. I completely wasted my time and dont think ill be coming back after going twice for this deal on 2 seperate occasions and they can NOT do this deal that they have advertised because they don't have the product or "its not a deal of the day" when it clearly states it is. It is very frustrating that the staff doesn't know their current specials and they advertise but dont have the products especially when I'm driving 30 minutes to go to this Nirvana.
