I bought a little of this at a Portland OR dispensary to try out. On its own, it left me very clear-headed and physically light and energetic. Good medicine for people (like me) who struggle with depression and motivation. There were no jitters or racing heart for me, but I also have a reasonably high tolerance. That’s really all I felt when I smoked it on its own; good medicinal properties, but I prefer a high that’s a little more noticeable.
For me, however, this strain really shines when mixed with an indica or indica-dominant hybrid. I’ve tried it mixed in with Black Lime Special Reserve (indica) for a morning bowl once and it was my perfect high: powerful body high without couch lock, exciting cerebral effects without grogginess or disorientation. I’ve also smoked it in joints with a hybrid that previously left me couch locked and feeling kinda dumb, same thing: indica effects balanced by a strongly energizing Sativa presence, almost like caffeine, but also very much different from caffeine.
I would consider this more of a medicine or supplement than recreational, IMHO. I’ll probably pick some more up when I have a little extra cash to mix in with other strains, but I’m not thrilled by the stuff I got and will likely continue past Cinex on my hunt for a favorite sativa. Cheers!
