I have not been to this dispensary in a few months....apparently you have a new system, that did not transfer any records . My Id is currently expired and due to Covid , I can not get a new one until my appointment with the mvd in mid November. So I placed an order online ( with no mention that I needed an id that is not expired, never mind the fact that your 3rd party ordering website asked me for a pic of the id and nothing was mentioned ) only to get to the receptionist ...fill out a new form and then.told I can not purchase my pre order.... very upsetting.
I was returning to this dispensary because of the good deals that you have been having , but I guess I’l continue to travel to Prescott Valley dispute living 1/2 mile away .
