I’m giving this 5 stars because of the storefront and the staff. But, for the love of Pete the MedMen website has almost caused me to yeet my computer out my third floor apartment window- and I work in tech so it’s not user error. It never loads properly, and frequently erases items in my bag trying to differentiate between a med order and recreational order- even when I’m signed in under my medical account. Please- I don’t know if anyone reads these but people might be bouncing away and choosing another dispensary because it’s so difficult to place a pickup order. I’ve tried on more than one computer. I have to be so high that nothing bothers me in order to utilize the website.
