This was my first time here. Good prices and good products. Very friendly staff. But due to 4/20 sales day it was extremely busy. The establishment was under construction, so I feel that saying things about the look or feeling of the establishment would be unfair because you shouldn’t judge a place underneath construction.

Was here again today and bought 5 grams of concentrate. James was my bud tender. He was extremely helpful and he found exactly the products I was needing. I really appreciate that he took his time to understand my needs and find me the products that address my personal medical needs I need from the products. I am telling you in my opinion Cinders North is the best place to get Medical Marijuana in Spokane Washington. I have been to others. But Cinders North is my favorite because of the Bud-tenders always being friendly and knowledgeable and the fact that I know I will get the best products for affordable prices from a clean and friendly location.

The place is very large and it has extremely long lines. The products can be very good or bad for the price depending on which products you choose. The Bud Tenders are not friendly and they don’t seem knowledgeable anymore. They seem to just want to sell you the oldest products on their shelves and get to the next person. Years and years of spending tons of money in this dispensary and they suddenly no longer honor their customers discount points. They just want to charge you full price for everything and they are just plan out rude. Very disappointed in this dispensary and NO I won’t be back because it’s just not worth it!!! No I won’t refer anyone else here because I don’t want anyone I know treated badly or stripped of all their money again and again.

The Establishment is small and cramped. But it’s very clean. The BudTenders are very busy trying to help a lot of customers. Bud tenders are very nice, but just don’t have enough time to actually answer your questions because of the amount of customers. The products on sale are always just nasty they are what well nobody really wants to taste or use. The prices are very high and the products seem to taste just very very terrible and it takes way too many purchases to get a discount. The people and establishment is okay. But the products are just YUCK. I get better products for the same price at a different dispensary because of this.

It’s clean and open space. It’s bright enough to see everything without shadows, but not so bright it hurts your eyes. They take there time to assist you and they do there best to offer you the best choices based on what you say you would like.
