Owner or manager was playing budtender. I paid for the three different sativa grams of extract and got home to find only two plus a kush. When I called to report his error, after a cursory "sorry" came but I can't take it back. He then noted that the worthless kush he gave me was $8 cheaper so he said I would have this as a credit when i come in again. Then he changed it to $10 and a "free preroll", the same ones I get for a penny there. So do not let him serve you (short brown hair and beard, thirty something). He doesn't read the labels and as far as he's concerned you're just another mark who expects you to pay for his ineptitude. After I sent a text today explaining this treatment i received a return text saying I could have the sativa I purchased. I thanked them and went there. Poor Jake had to come back out and tell me the gram the text said I could have was now out of stock. I took a substitute sativa. Thank you, Jake, for the only genuine apology received. If you like this leadership paradigm of customers being served in this manner, shop here. Their good products are available elsewhere. Sorry, David and Jake, but you're both young so let this experience prepare for the many more totally unqualified bosses you'll have.
