Very disappointed. Only a few hundreds yards away from my front door. Did not think it could get better, unfortunately I am wrong. First visit there was great. Met a young woman up front, very cordial and informative. Very good first impression.
Went to visit last Tuesday. I suffer from horrible migraines which are light and sound sensitive. I went there to get CBD oil to help my headaches, but once inside I was overwhelmed with a lot of noise. I asked the young man at the front desk what was going on as it sounded very loud with all this noise clutter. He had no idea what I was talking about. I then discovered it was the hip-hop (?) music he was playing. It was loud and was causing me a lot of pain. As he looked me up on the computer, I apologized for my condition, but explained the music was causing me pain and asked if he could change it or turn it off until I got my CBD and left. He said [reluctantly] that he would be willing to turn it down, but kept looking me up on the computer. I went to sit down and asked him once again if he could lower it and he did nothing. I sat in the waiting room for at least 30 seconds and because the music stayed the same I had to get up and leave.
I know 30 seconds does not seem like much, but I was in pain. I understand that the issue with sound and headaches is mine, so that is why I apologized for my request to lower the music, but I was expecting some kind of courtesy or compassion by the staff member. This is a medical dispensary. It is for medicine to help patients. What's the point of offering this service if you can't make the customer [i.e. patient] comfortable while waiting.
It's bad enough I have to cope with these daily headaches, but I will not add to that by putting up with crappy service. There are other dispensaries in the area, I am just upset that I lose the convenience of this one.
