I still have a 50% 1/8th coupon from when I was a new patient, before they changed their pricing, bc they didn't have a sativa available. I hope they still honor it. Their service is good and the wait isn't too long.

Phone service is RUDE AF! Their Leafly menu isn't always right so I called to make sure and let them know as a courtesy and the person on the phone was super short with me and reluctant to answer anymore of my questions. I usually go in bc their prices are decent.. Not anymore. People come back for products, yes, but if the service is less than sub par I'm out!

Long waits. Don't bother calling if you have questions because their phone person doesn't know or sounds like theyd rather be doing something else. Their bud tenders are nice though. It took mine 3 times to get my order right but then he hooked it up with an extra free gram to correct the errors so I can't complain too much. Concentrates are OK... On the darker side of color and their flower if OK. I might go back if I'm in the area.

Like the new renovations- very clean atmosphere. However, I usually call before I come in to make sure the strains I want are there and sometimes whoever answers the phone doesn't know what the specials are half the time and has to get a managed. Other than that the flower is good.

Free gram first visit and free pre-roll on birthdays- always a plus! Their nug run shatter has gotten better and BETTER. Get the Rugburn OG as soon as you see it available because it goes fast. I was too late last time but ended up trying their Flo shatter and was not disappointed-yummy! If you're a top shelf flower hunter I highly recommend their Faith because it's just so Damn tasty and always puts me in a great mood... Wish they had that strain in shatter... Check this place out of you're in the area. I'll definitely be back! Oh yeah, shout out to their staff, they know their stuff and are a positive bunch!

Haven't been in the shop yet, but when I called, Tocin, was very knowledgeable and welcomed any of my questions. I will def be in to check this place out!

Their customer service over the phone was terrible. I called to ask about discounts (sorry I'm broke) and the operator was snide and didn't seem to want to help me- no, I wasn't asking for free stuff or trying to get a hook up. I don't plan on walking in this dispensary because their customer service was subpar before I even get there.
