I’m very surprised to see the high reviews. I have been to many dispensaries but this store is chronically understaffed and takes hours to process online orders. The staff are not very knowledgeable of their products either. So if you are hoping for guidance in selecting a product, do your research at home first. Do not use the online ordering system, because your order will not be filled until you pick it up. You will also be out in the same waiting queue as walk ins.
This place is not worth the headache.
I placed an online order yesterday at 11:36 am. I never received an email about my order being laced but it did show up online under my account.
Around 3:30 pm, I still had not received a text update that my order had been filled and still had not received an email. So I called customer service, who suggested the store as busy and was advised to head to the store directly so that I could get my order filled.
I went to the store and checked in at 6:56 pm. I explained the issue at check in and was told that there is only one person filling online orders and she is also the check in person. I was told my order was not filled and there was a waiting room full of people. I was advised my order would be filled in about 30 minutes.
At 7:56 pm, I was finally called in for my order. It took approximately 25 minus to fill and the budtender made several mistakes filling my order that I had to correct. As I was wrapping up my order, two gentleman came in. They complained about waiting an hour and 20 minutes as walkin clients and asked for something to compensate them for their time. They were told that they’d be hooked up. While I’m happy the gentlemen were accommodated, I am disappointed that my complaints to multiple employees regarding the issue with my order was brushed off.
I understand that staffing is an issue and that mistakes happen. However, online orders should be expedited when these mistakes happen. That did not happen in this case. There were at least 5 other folks who had place online orders in the morning that were never filled and were forced to wait in the line same line as walk-in clients.
