This place has been going down hill for the past 18 months, and it does not show any hope for improvement. This is extremely unfortunate because of their proximity; if the flower was of any substance I would be in weekly, and all of their other products are purchased wholesale from other Massachusetts dispensaries, which can be purchased at a much better discount from its original manufacturing dispensary. Literally, no need to visit; any other place has better flower, and will also be able to provide a better price.

Great place, but flower has been dry for the last 3-6 months. What a bummer; the silver mountain is no doubt a top 25 ever sativas. Their edibles are some of the best around.

Some of the best flower in the state. The location can be stressful, but they try to compensate in various ways like travel stipends. Take care of disabled vets and vets as good as any of the other MA dispensaries. Unfortunately, my wife had one of their security guards discriminate against her, try to deceive her, and resulted with just a stubborn intimidation meant to get her to leave, not allowing her to communicate to anyone else on the staff.
He refused her entry when she was trying to get her medicine. For whatever reason he did not allow her to enter, and argued she was sick with COVID-19. She repeatedly told him she was not sick, she had not been sick, and had not been around anyone who was sick.
Like already mentioned the location is not ideal. Especially, if one is just making the trip to the dispensary, so getting denied for discriminatory reasons is angering. This complaint was never serious handled. Patriotcare was very uncaring and somewhat disrespectful in their handling of this situation.
My wife has since boycotted their establishment, not just because her feelings were hurt, but because their terrible treatment created a traumatic event that serves as a trigger. This only strengthened and reinforced with how the upper management disregarded her complaint. They could have cared less and basically told her she was ridiculous.
I heard the lady she was speaking with. My wife had her on speaker. So I get it if you like certain products they do, because they are good. My advice to others is just simply, if you can get some where else, you should. Business ethics like these should not occur, and especially with businesses that provide medicine to patients.

Worst dispensary in the area. Their flower is weak and always dry. Usually harsh on the throat. They can get decent products from other dispensaries within the state, but one has to look at as system that allows these kind of transactions like so, when one dispensary wholesales to another dispensary, they are obviously going to get rid of the worst and keep the best.
Worst can mean all matter of aspects with THC containing products. Potency can remain relatively similar, but potency is limited by all the side effects that may exist due to lesser quality stock like moisture content, or time of possession just to name a couple. Additionally, different dispensaries have different discounts and charge different prices, so you can pay more for the same product depending on where one buys.
Their service is rude and basically criminal. Wife and I have been four separate times, two of those times the front desk handled us with disrespect, bud handlers seem ok but nothing special, and the managers actions are what we believe to be criminal. About a mont ago my wife had received a coupon and called to see if they stacked the coupon with her 100% disabled veteran discount, and they said yes.
When she exited and expressed concern about the price we noticed they did not stack the discount and coupon. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they said they are not responsible for maintaining her paperwork that was just submitted four months prior, and was told at the time it would be maintained. She then asked to speak with the manager, and was told she was busy and would call us. We didn’t receive the call for almost 45 minutes, and had already left. Understandably so considering the trip and purchase took over two hours.
After leaving two complaints on their website we have yet to hear anything. Believe me or not; regardless their products lack in comparison, their service is slow, getting slower, better discounts can be found elsewhere, and other dispensaries would never treat a disabled veteran like this. I get it is a business, but it is also the business of supplying medicine.
