The products they have are amazing quality, but one of their bud tenders is not just disrespectful. Every time I have come in, she’s on her phone or reading and acts like I have interrupted her me-time. There was one time where I was waiting patiently behind the man she was helping and she asked me if I was looking for anything, so I said the sale and I wasn’t too sure if there was one so I asked about it and she rolled her eyes, left her customer, and showed me where it was even though I was fine with waiting. There was also a day where I had come back in and asked why the grams weren’t $8 a gram anymore and she seemed mad that I even asked, but I was just curious because it had been like that for many many Fridays before that and I was confused. Her customer service is not good and I think that someone needs to train her better. She even brought her cat to work and I’m allergic. I’m not going to be coming at night from now on because I know that’s usually when she works.
