Looked online for reviews and this shop came up, I figured since they process in house they would be a good stop, but no, as I walked in the receptionist was very friendly but once inside I was taking a look at their extracts and asked if the budtender who was taking care of me knew which top shelf concentrates were nug run or trim etc.. The budtender had to go ask someone, and then came back with we don't know, and to me that is absolutely horrid for the employee to not have that information accessible, they then told me they sort the top mid and low shelf concentrates by thc percentage, I will not be shopping here again and won't recommend it to anyone

Shopped here several times, have always received great service here, recently had alittle mishap with a gram of concentrates, but called the store and talked to a manager who was very happy to set it right and apologized several times for the mishap, I will always come back here for my needs as they have been nothing but a great experience everytime

I enjoy coming here, always quality flower, budtenders are friendly and helpful
