Incompetence! I went in to Re-up to get 6 carts for $100. I asked for 6 indica carts, I should’ve checked the bag before I left but I thought they could handle something as simple as getting what I asked. I got home and had 3 indica carts, 2 hybrids and 1 sativa. I went back in to simply exchange the 3 carts that were wrong, they had 1 indica left so I had to get the other two carts as hybrids. I asked if I could get 1 pre roll for my troubles of driving across town and not having what I originally paid for. I was told by “management “, if I give them a good review I could get a $.01 preroll... no thanks! There’s always an issue when going here, last time they get my business
