This is the only dispensary that I have used. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. I understand that changes had to be made during this pandemic. What I don’t understand is why the line doesn’t move a bit faster. We all have to place our orders and wait for the confirmation text, otherwise the outside security will turn you away if you don’t have that text. Again I’m sure you are very busy, maybe a customer offering their prospective might help a bit. The order comes in. The order is filled, then a text message is sent to the customer telling them it’s ready for pickup. Once the order is bagged and closed place a large letter of the customer’s last name on the bag. For example my last name is Goins so a large G would be put on the bag or maybe “GO”. I’m sure that the order is not rung up until the customer gets there, so when the order is being “picked” and then filled a large “GO” would be placed on the order sheet and the bag. When the customer is in line outside the CSR radio’s into the inside the customers last name. The order is then rang up and the receipt is stapled to the bag. The outside CSR gets the money from the customer, goes inside, looks for the bag with the customers name on it, pays the cashier, then takes the order out to the customer along with any change if it is due the customer. I’m sure there are other ways and things that could be done to streamline the process to make it smoother and faster for all involved. My apologies for this being so long.
