Used to enjoy shopping here, not any more. They no longer honor the 20% online discount and gave no notice to customers. They are incredibly rude and are frequently understaffed when I shop there. It often takes me 10 minutes to get assistance, where another store in the same area helps immediately. They also apparently clear online pickup orders at midnight (this is not mentioned anywhere), while other shops will hold for 24-48 hours.
There are way better options out there that have the same selection with better service, we won't be returning.
