I had high hopes for bear river especially when first moved in. now prices are high compared to other dispos. raise prices then claim its a deal but obviously it's not a deal . you get double the customers but yet prices are higher discounts are less. I've emailed them asking medical Retired military questions and processes and no response . so Google reviews facebook reviews and next I will go to leafly. Maybe get a response if not hopefully I prevent others from wasting their time sad it's cheaper drive 30 minutes to hours when I live down street . And I get 20% discount and everywhere else still cheaper before their discount kicks in...make it make sense . I get all dospos have high upfront costs but it's criminal to try and get all those upfront costs back as quickly as possible . Point of mmj is so people don't have eat pills for their pain /problems . But bear river obviously does not care . drive by and go elsewhere they are only here for greed

Place was awesome before recreational kicked off . Bill the manager or owner whomever the guy with all the answers is..... basically tell you what you want to hear . I drive 5 hour round trip 2x a month . Retired /disabled military . Was told so many times recreation will NOT affect medical products, deals, or service. And it did and does . Then rec starts and supply , service ,price and customer service has changed for the worse . Everyone no matter your medical status or distance traveled gets same "discount" recreational no matter what AB says gets better options then medical now . To make it up Bill the man who supposed to have all the power and answers but his response was my last trip ..."we will make it right" My last trip I got nothing to make up for the frustration or lies for lack of better word . Basically "we will make it right" means I'm just going get my order nothing more nothing special ...doesnt matter we have been personally communicating issues . Supposed be medicine but turned this in money grabbing as soon as they had a chance. Loyalty should go both ways in cannibis industry ...especially when most pass a dozen dispensaries along the way ...start making these places earn you $$ just dont accept it we have options now. Make them cater to us not the other way around .
