This review is based on the service I received from this dispensary. I was greeted with a locked door upon arrival. Someone came out and said it would be a few minutes before I can be let in due to capacity. Completely understandable. They then left me outside in the heat for 10 minutes in 90 degree weather. Bothered but still okay. Soon it turned into horrible service from the front desk. Employee by the name of Erin (Spelling may be different) slams the door open and says “is the bell broken?” “You didn’t hear the clicking?” In the rudest tone I’ve ever heard from a front desk clerk. I asked her her name and she said Erin then with attitude I was asked “what’s yours?” I didn’t even answer because at the point, I didn’t think she deserved to even be acknowledged after the rude tones and attitude.Again, I was told to wait outside so how would I as a customer know that a clicking sound meant to enter when I was told to wait? This Erin girl needs to be let go from your establishment. She is not good for business. I spend a lot of money in this dispensary and to be treated like I did something wrong by waiting like they asked me to, is down right ridiculous. Get rid of the front desk girl Erin as soon as you can or she will continue to drive away business. At the very least, please see to it that she is trained on Customer Service.
