Sugar Mountain
2/16/2016
Sugar Mountain is a classic hybrid, with notes of vanilla and powdered sugar. Mixing both, sativa & indica traits, the effects are both relaxing, uplifting, and energizing. Many report a heightening of all things sensual and creative. Slightly blue & purple in hue, these round and tight buds shine with an abundance of trichomes, almost as if they had been rolled around in powdered sugar. She packs a heavy punch, and inexperienced users are recommended to start slowly. Admittedly, this can be difficult when confronted with her sweet smells and seductive aroma.
Sugar Mountain comes from a cross of Lemon Kush x Alien Dawg, originally bred by Alien Genetics. However, instead of the normal result of this cross, which would be Lemon Alien Dawg, Sugar Mountain is an offshoot phenome, having none of the lemon and sour flavors associated with this strain. The black sheep of the family, Sugar Mountain developed purple hues and vanilla notes, and never looked back.
Gypsy

Gypsy is an Indica dominant strain with a soft & lovely floral scent, reminiscent of berries and pink mimosa blossoms. Resinous trichomes are heavy on these purple & pink-tinged buds and the effects are potent, relaxing and uplifting. Sweet, sensuous, and spacy are good adjectives for the Gypsy.
The lineage of Black Cherry Soda and Space Queen gave birth to this Gypsy, initially named Plushberry by TGA Seeds who crossed them. One of the breeders there is quoted as saying it was the “best smelling plant I have ever grown.”
Sweet Jane
2/16/2016
Sweet Jane is a classic sativa strain with unknown origins and legendary status. This flower is uplifting and energetic with strong citrus & tropical fruit flavors taking the lead. Smells reminiscent of grapefruit, lemon, & mangos fill up the room when Sweet Jane shows up. Plants grow tall with narrow leaves, and the loose and fluffy buds are covered in bright orange hairs, and an excessive amount of sparkling trichomes.
A favorite in the Pacific Northwest for decades, the lineage remains a bit of a mystery. Legend tells that it was originally bred on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, and stems from a cross between an unknown sativa, and the famous Skunk #1 strain, (also known as Sweet Skunk). It makes sense why this strain’s original name was locally known as Island Sweet Skunk. Now, grown by Hifi Farms with a combination of both ancient and cutting-edge modern technologies, we call the new result, Sweet Jane, paying homage to her sweet island roots.
