BEWARE OF FAULTY PRODUCTS! They don’t hold accountability for damaged products. Purchased 2 cartridges and one does not work. Rather resolve the issue and exchange it out. They would rather offer 15% discount. So you want me to buy another cartridge and take a chance of it not working? What good is 15% when I can come in tomorrow and get 20% off cartridge. Who is winning here. Be aware of the products they sell because if they don’t work you are SOL!
