The visits have always been great but I’ve recently been buying multiple pens At a time (like 5-9 per visit the last 3 or 4 times I’ve been there, over a 3 month pd) and it really sucks I have to find a new dispensary because I love their product but NOT ONE pen had a battery that worked Long enough for me to vape all the product, and I go through these pens in 3 days tops so it’s not like I left it for a while inactive). Twice the pens died with 1/3 of the product (Minimum) still in there. I brought one back to them and they gave me 15% off a new pen which was nice but I have all these pens with at least 3-5 hits still in them but it looks like so little it’s embarrassing to bring them all back to the store comparing about such a seemingly small about but the pens aren’t cheap and if I could add up all the oil I lost as a result of this issue it would easily be 2 full pens, and that’s being generous, it’s prob more then that. I’m currently looking for alternative product lines and will probably only get the medmen luxlyte pens for a special occasion, if at all.
