If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been a LONG time customer here since the MMCC & this shop opened. I now will NEVER be back. The lady who answered the phone this morning, Antionette I believe, confirmed pricing for an oz for me. I ordered & went to pick up this evening. I stood in line for 45 MINUTES to be told my order is $40 more than I had anticipated. Two different managers told me they could do nothing more than give me a free pre-roll or 25% off non-sale items (big whoop). Absolutely ABSURD. If the worker that told me a price in any other retail venue and was incorrect it would be taken from their paycheck. If the manager can’t eat $40 I’ll not spend one dime here again. I even referred many people here. It’s very sad but my money is good anywhere. 🤗

Pickup was easy, but the man who brought out my product was rude. I said thank you and he just walked away. When I told him it was my birthday (free bday per roll thank you HFL) he was very rude and said a quick happy birthday very sarcastically. Sad :( I normally love this location and the employees.
