First of all this place is not a dispensary it’s a shack and Google Maps is a hit or miss in directing you to the shack. Okay then when you arrive they have you literally waiting in line outside in this Arizona heat. Even with misters it’s too damn hot to be standing outside at all. Once we got in line we were told by “Alex” that he couldn’t find my husband’s online order and told him he’d have to wait in line to get it taken care of. However they found my separate order. Once I got inside it smelled so bad like body odor and musk, made me nauseous. At the window I asked the bud tender and wouldn’t you know, she was able to find my husband’s order. I have pictures but it won’t let me attach them. Their online ordering needs to be mainstreamed. It would benefit them to hire a Network or IT person. Their website does not show any of their patient specials no first time and they offer NO yes that’s right NO Veteran Discount and nothing for this being my husband’s birthday month. This place just sucks overall and I would NOT recommend this place.

Came in tonight and to my delight I was blessed with Mr. Green as my friendly Bud Tender. The conversation was interesting and so much fun. I had a good few laughs and I so needed them. He was so relatable and easy going, I loved it. It was like kickin it with one of the homies, thanks for making me feel so comfortable. I was shown a variety of choices and all of my questions were answered in full, with knowledge. I will DEFINITELY be back and whenever I visit I will be asking for Mr. Green.

Elena was so helpful and patient with me as I wanted to have the choice of looking at and smelling several options. She took her time and explained the difference between each strain. She was very knowledgeable about each strain and what they would be best suited for. She also talked with me like we were friends, listened to me and seemed genuinely happy to be having a conversation with me. Thank you so much Elena. I will definitely be back again.

Ordered a few different grams from here through Superb Delivery. While I am a patient person, I ordered from them on Thursday afternoon but did not receive my order until Friday evening. I was promised a free pre-roll for my inconvenience but I was told they were out and next time I order I will receive it. Sadly the buds are all dry and look like shake. The edible tastes old and stale. I am so so so disappointed in this place and I will never order from here again. This was my first time ordering from here and it was recommended by a friend. I feel so upset I wasted my time and money. I guess since I won’t be ordering from them again I won’t be getting my free pre roll. I didn’t even get a first time patient special. What kind of dispensary is this, apparently not a customer service oriented or driven one. I had surgery this week so I can’t drive and I still have trouble walking. This is why I ordered through Superb. I attempted to call earlier to make a complaint and I was transferred a few times until I got to an extension that no one answered and could leave no message. I would give this place negative stars if I could but that is not possible on the application. I am an unsatisfied customer and won’t be returning. I wasn’t even able to make or file a complaint as if I am just stuck with crappy buds, edibles and service. The driver was nice and that’s the only positive about this whole nightmare.

I went in today for the $20 for an 1/8th of Mimosa. I got Adriana and I am soooo happy I did. The minute I walked up to the window I was greeted by Adriana and she did nothing but smile from then till I left. She was so happy and her personality was warm. She walked me through my purchase, double checked for a certain product I wanted and when she realized it was my birthday she made sure to tell me happy birthday. Thank you for making my visit so good Adriana, you made my day and smile. P.S. I found my card lol 😂
