I used to come here weekly, the location was good and prices were ok. Then I bought a cartridge from them that didn't work. After getting the run around for a week as to when the manager would be in to deal with it, they replaced the cartridge. That cartridge didn't work either, and I immediately went back in. A staff member came out to check my battery, how I was using it, and to test it with his own battery - it didn't work.
At this point there was nothing they could do about it but email the company to get a replacement. Six months later, no word, no refund (not allowed to they said), no replacement. I refuse to go back.
