Terrible experience they cancelled my order and were unwilling to give me what I ordered and said they had run out. Waste of time take your money elsewhere

Waited over an hour in the online order line which is supposed to make the process faster. NOPE I got passed by people that were walk ins and showed up after me. Won’t be coming back for a long time if they didn’t have good deals they would have no business especially the way they treat medical patients.

So first I live 45 minutes away from this dispensary but I liked their 30% off for your FTP deal. I bought a cartridge from them that was almost completely empty out of the bag. When I got home I called and someone told me that I have to drive back to get it switched out but that they would give me a credit for the inconvenience. I get the the dispensary and they gave me a dirty look and acted like it was a hassle to switch the cartridge out. On top of that when I asked what kind of credit it would be the lady said she doesn’t know but isn’t sure what credit they can do and said sorry but there’s nothing they can do. I won’t be coming back because of the service. Make sure you check your bags before you leave the parking lot!!

I really liked this location its very welcoming and modern. The moxie products are super flavorful that pack a punch that will surprise you. Overall really like this dispensary and will definitely recommend.
