Shout out to Salem Hi-Cascade! I've been getting their Select Strains distillate vape cartridges for a while now but the last one I purchase happened to be faulty and tasted like burnt plastic due to the overly-hot wick. I brought it back to the store, a little concerned the staff would tell me "all sales final," but instead I was traded for a replacement cartridge, no questions asked and no problems. These guys appreciate their customers and will treat you well. Hi-Cascade is now my go-to choice in dispensaries, and that's saying something given I could practically throw a rock in any direction in town and hit one. Definitely recommend.
