First time in to sample the "$25 top-shelf eighths" - overall pretty unimpressed. The place is visibly falling apart on the outside and the inside isn't much better. While the waiting area is awkwardly sparse, the tending room is cluttered to the point that it feels uncleanly. The whole spiel with this place is the $25 "top-shelf" eighth but quite frankly most of the strains were dried out and poorly trimmed. The redeeming quality here is that the staff did seem genuine in their attempt to provide customer service.

Honestly I'm a little disappointed with this dispensary. The price is good and the quality of the flower is excellent, but the service is lacking. Hundreds of people shop your Leafly menu everyday so its' accuracy should be taken seriously. The strain I went in for a priced incorrectly and the strain I did buy had (clearly) misrepresented cannabinoid results. Customer service wise, they are well-trained but lack authenticity in their customer engagement. I really want to like this place, their value is great and because of that I will be back again. Overall I think this dispensary has the ability to knock it out of the park and I hope they improve.

I found Moss Crossing using the Leafly proximity tool and what an excellent find. Hands down the best dispensary in Eugene. Gary was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their product, which was top notch. It was a breathe of fresh air to see some quality, well-trimmed flower and their overall selection seemed very well curated. Thanks for stocking CBD strains, the Frank's Gift was incredible.

Hands down my favorite dispensary I've been to in the Eugene area. Great selection of flower and I really appreciate the well-organized concentrates and edibles. Very knowledgeable budtenders that aren't pushy make the experience one I will return for. Hindu Kush is FIRE! 5/5
