This I a fun pot shop. Over-the-too Tiki-bar meets hookah-lounge meets urban clothing store. It makes me grin just to think about it. It reminds me of buying weed from my friends’ older brothers. The employees actually seem like stoners, and always seem stoked to help me find the fire on the shelf. Really great specials with deep discounts too. All prices very reasonable. It’s hard not to enjoy the charm, and it always makes me feel like I got the hookup or some kind of special treatment. It’s like the shop shoots you a little hush-hush wink on the way out. Without a doubt, the most comfortable pot shop to visit if you are already high as f*ck.

So, it’s just a matter of fact that this is the best looking place to buy pot. Whoever set it up and decorated it did an amazing job. They also have a fantastic selection of products. I haven’t been able to get past this weird feeling that I’m not totally welcome when I go in. I don’t know why, but it’s almost like this is the shop for tourists and the wealthier residents of town. I don’t think they mean to come off as elitist, but I don’t usually get the help I need to be confident in a purchase and the budtenders have never seemed to care or try to help me. Maybe this is just my own hang-up, but I just don’t get what I want at this shop. Definitely a nice cannabis boutique, though. Just not my style.

The location is a little bit of a trek, but I still find myself making it occasionally. For one, they are open the latest of any of the shops in town with their doors open until 9:40pm. For another, the staff has always been very generous with discounts and very friendly. Great selection of products, overall, too. Some exclusives that I crave from time to time. I haven’t been stoked on the flower I’ve bought there so far. It could’ve been me making bad decisions, but I followed the recommendations of the bud tenders every time. It feels the least local of all the shops. But the hospitality and late hours as well as decent prices bring me back from time to time. Probably my second favorite pot shop in town.

A charming and inviting shop within easy walking distance of all of downtown. Really good daily deals on flower, including $2/grams on Tuesdays and $25 quarters of some pretty decent bud every day. The top shelf isn’t too pricey and always has something delicious and stony on offer. The most pricey gram is just $15 and was a good as anything I’ve ever bought for $20/gram elsewhere. Great selection of concentrates. Really competitive prices. Very high value for the dollar. Nice selection of cartridges. Really great options for edibles and tinctures. Staff is friendly and helpful and very welcoming. They can help you get the best for your pocket change when you’re on a budget but also have plenty of premium options that regularly go on sale. Very knowledgeable and sincerely helpful staff. My favorite place to buy cannabis in town.

I've been sourcing medicine in Portland for over a year now and Canna Connection is still my favorite spot. They typically have 40+ gorgeous strains, with a nice balance of Indica-dominant and Sativa-dominant options in various flavors with a wide spectrum of effects. They are also uncommonly helpful and professional, as well as knowledgeable and friendly. They can always steer me toward an option that I am happy with. I typically leave with 8-10 eighths of extremely dank bud for under 300 and it only takes a very small (housefly-sized) amount to medicate. They also carry seeds and really tasty edibles that pack a euphoric and relaxing punch. I recommend them without reserve.
