Derech Bo. Takes care of his customers. I liked the fact he asked a co-worker when he didn't know the answer! He gave me great information about busy times, and what days to possibly take note of. Was a great advocate for the company and products. Made one feel comfortable. If my company would retain employee. The product was good too.
