POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NEW MANAGER
Today I did an online order, as I have many times since you guys started doing pickups. when I was on my way to pick up the order I got an alert that it had been picked up. I was only about 2 minutes away, so I went up to the store anyway. The new manager (who wouldn't give me her name) came down and told me that there was an error with my order. This has happened before, and usually they have me wait the 1-2 minutes it takes for them to fill the order and everything goes fine. But today the new manager just told me to place another order and wait or to wait in line up front. Normally I wouldn't get bothered by this but she was very short and it seemed condescending, acting like I didn't actually place an order at all. I noticed other people had trouble today with similar issues in the reviews, so this clearly isn't an isolated indecent. Its a shame, after 2 years of AMAZING customer service from Floyd's this happens, and from a new MANAGER...
