I am a regular customer here. I have bought a lot from this dispensary! The first day they dropped the new halo live rosin disposable vapes, employees were telling me how good they were. So I go in and buy 2 of them. I get home and try one, it doesn’t work. So I call and tell them and they take my info and tell me the manager will call me on Monday. ( I purchased them on Friday ) I don’t get a call on Monday, Wednesday rolls around and still haven’t received a call from anyone. So I call again, they tell me the manager is gone for the day and to come in on Thursday morning and speak with Jake and he will make it right. So I go in this morning and I speak to Jay. He tells me that there is nothing he can do because they don’t have any to replace it with. I bought 2, the first one doesn’t work at all and the 2nd one was brand new, I dropped it accidentally, just once and it shattered everywhere. I have had multiple types of vapes and every brand out there pretty much and I have dropped them all the time, I’m very clumsy sometimes but I have never had one just shatter the first time I dropped it and it being 100% full. So I just bought 2 and now I have none. Mind you we all know these things aren’t cheap. Jay basically told me sorry for your luck and there was nothing he could do for me. So I had to purchase another vape in a different brand. I get in my car and open the new one, start driving away and the new one doesn’t work, so I had to go back again. This time I made sure it worked before I left the parking lot. Jay was extremely rude. He did nothing to make it right. I am now down 2 vapes and $120. I am really disappointed, like I said, I am a regularly customer and thought they would do something to help me out but I was wrong! Don’t k ow if I will ever go back which sucks cuz halo is the closest to my house by far 🙁
