For starters, the security officer at the front door. This guy is chill af. The entire staff was respectful, friendly, informative, and very polite! Quite the pleasant experience! I couldn't remember the specific name so I just gave them an oddball description of the strain and sure enough they knew exactly what I was describing. Which was very nice!
