Richard F. once again answered my questions and provided suggestions. He knows the inventory and provides concise explanations of differences between products.
In addition, he is pleasant and compassionate. I especially appreciate this since I am one of many people eligible for medical use, but unable to obtain a card thus far due to constraints placed on my physician by his medical group.
Having someone commiserate with my situation is an added bonus.
