Main issue is the confusion with which information they request from patients. One patient they accepted social and patient ID but then required I have PAT ID and govt. Issued ID. (which I had all of the proper info. Unlike the patient whos social they accepted. Vett everyone properly. Hate it I can't find a shop that just has their stuff together.
