Tried to avoid the infamous encanto line by pre-ordering a gram on shatterday. They still made me wait for a half hour in the regular line for my free pre-roll. I know they given it to me before on a pre-order but not today. Just a total disregard for other people's time. They said its because they don't have scales up front. Why do you need a scale for a pre-roll? Won't be coming back I can't win here.
